Through the site, the terms ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to Tree House Education and Accessories Ltd. Tree House Education and Accessories Ltd offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

II. Website and Rules to attend Online Sessions

i. Students undertake to ensure that he/she attends the online sessions regularly, follows the the time table, and completes all the assignments or homework given by the teacher from time to time. All the students are required to participate in all online sessions and subjects including all extra curriculum activities if any which shall be carried out in such online sessions.

ii. Parents undertake to ensure that the student behaves well and maintains the decorum of the online school.

iii. Students/ Parents undertake not to record any online sessions and or transfer the same to non-students and outsiders. Also, the online sessions conducted shall be a monologue, with 1 or 2 teachers and any queries shall be solved through the chat mode.

iv. Nobody shall use the services on the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

v. There may be more than 100 participants/students at a time in the online class & the parent / student shall have no objection with respect to the same

vi. Students shall not create any nuisance/disturbance during the online class & the teacher/company reserves its right to remove any student/parent from the online class for creating ruckus and/ or nuisance and /or disturbance in the online class

vii. Parents and Students undertake at all times to abide by the rules and regulations of the online school and act in conformity with the same

III. General Rights

i. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason at any time.

ii. It is to be understood that the content and the pattern of usage of our website and/or online sessions may change from time to time as and when changes will be made on our website for the same.

iii. It is to be understood and agreed that nobody can reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of services provided on our website, use of service or access of service, or any contact on the website through which the service is provided.

iv. Parents/ Students shall not use any language which is either foul, abusive, and/or offending with teachers of an online class. Strict action shall be taken against such parents/students

IV. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

i. We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. V. Fees

i. We reserve the right to refuse any student to attend the online school while the fees remain unpaid.

ii. We reserve the right to not be liable to the user or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

iii. All fees paid once are non-refundable.

iv. We will not refund fees for non-attendance/absenteeism of the child due to any reason whatsoever,forlectures/classesnotattended.

VI. Products and services

i. Certain products or services including our online courses and eBooks may be available exclusively online through the website or our partner websites.

ii. We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

iii. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by the user will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

VII. Discontinuance or Cancellation of the online session

i. In case of any online session being disrupted and discontinued due to internet problems or power cuts or any technical issues, the Parents/user undertake not to hold us liable for the same.

ii. Parents/users undertake not to hold us liable for discontinuance of any online session on the account of inattention and lack of focus of any student.

iii. We reserve the right to make any changes in the functioning of the online class.

VIII. Jurisdiction

Any dispute, controversy, or claims arising out of or relating to the services provided by us or as provided in this declaration, raised by the parents or guardians of the students or any other person shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated only in Mumbai under the law prevailing and being in force at that particular point of time for the specific nature of the dispute, controversy or claims as stated hereinabove.

IX. Force Majeure

In no event, we shall be held responsible for any natural catastrophes, acts of God, pandemic, governmental action, or communication disruption.
